1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using hiltonhead4less.com ("Website") and the services offered by Hilton Head For Less LLC ("Company," "we," "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. VIP Tour Program

2.1 Program Description

The Hilton Head For Less VIP Program offers complimentary gift packages to qualified individuals who attend a 90-minute presentation at our Preview Center located at 33 Office Park Rd, Suite 218, Hilton Head Island, SC 29928.

2.2 Eligibility Requirements

To participate in the VIP Tour Program, you must meet ALL of the following criteria:

Be at least 25 years of age
Have a minimum annual household income of $50,000
Not currently reside in Beaufort County, South Carolina
Not currently work in Beaufort County, South Carolina
Not have immediate family residing in Beaufort County, South Carolina
Not have attended a tour with Hilton Head For Less within the past 8 months
For couples: both partners must attend the tour together and reside at the same address

2.3 Gift Packages

Gift packages are awarded upon completion of the full 90-minute tour presentation. Package values and contents vary based on qualification tier:

Complete Package: Valued at $1,500+ - includes selected Hilton Head activities and experiences
Premium Package: Valued at $2,500+ - includes enhanced activities and premium experiences
VIP Package: Valued at $3,500+ - includes our most exclusive activities, accommodations, and gift cards
Single Guest Package: Available for qualifying single male guests, valued up to $100

Gift packages are non-transferable. Activities included in gift packages are subject to availability and may have blackout dates. We reserve the right to substitute gifts of equal or greater value.

2.4 Tour Cancellation Policy

Tours may be rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled time by calling (854) 300-2335. No-shows forfeit their reserved gift package.

3. Mini-Vacation Package

The 3-Day/2-Night Mini-Vacation package is priced at $99 for the base stay. Additional nights are $125 each. This package requires attendance at the 90-minute VIP tour. Payment is processed securely via Stripe.

3.1 Refund Policy

Mini-Vacation bookings may be cancelled for a full refund up to 72 hours before check-in. Cancellations within 72 hours are non-refundable but may be rescheduled within 6 months.

4. Booking & FareHarbor Activities

Activity bookings made through our marketplace are processed by FareHarbor on behalf of third-party activity providers. Each booking is subject to the individual provider's terms, cancellation policies, and availability. Hilton Head For Less acts as a referral partner and is not the direct provider of these activities.

5. Sarah AI Chatbot

6. SMS/Text Message Terms — "Hilton Head 4 Less Tour Alerts" Program

6.1 Consent

By checking the SMS consent box during registration, or by providing your phone number when booking a villa tour in person at our welcome booth, you provide express written consent to receive text messages from Hilton Head For Less LLC. Consent is NOT required as a condition of purchase.

6.2 Message Types

Transactional: Tour confirmations, reminders, booking updates
Promotional: Special offers and deals (only with explicit marketing consent)

6.3 Opt-Out

Text any of the following keywords to opt out at any time: STOP, CANCEL, END, QUIT, or UNSUBSCRIBE. You will receive a one-time confirmation of your opt-out. After opting out, you will receive no further messages unless you re-subscribe.

6.4 Help

Text HELP to receive: company name, contact phone number, opt-out instructions, and a link to our privacy policy.

6.5 Message Frequency & Rates

Message frequency varies. Standard message and data rates from your carrier may apply. We are not responsible for carrier charges.
